Delete your Fadehaus account

Deleting your Fadehaus account is straightforward and permanent. Here is the fastest way to do it, what happens to your data, and how long it takes.
You can delete your Fadehaus account and personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent.
Fastest way: in the app
Open the Fadehaus app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. We verify it is you using the email or phone number on your account, then remove the account.
Do not have the app installed?
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. If your account uses a phone number instead of an email, tell us the number on the account and we will verify you by sending a one-time code to it before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and contact information
- Your sign-in identifiers (Apple or Google)
- Your Passport data and saved reference photos
- Review photos you uploaded
- Your push notification tokens
Your reviews and star ratings are kept but de-identified: your name, photo, and profile are removed so shop and barber ratings stay accurate.
What we have to keep
Some records are retained to meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations, chiefly payment and transaction records (generally up to seven years) and records of any opt-outs so we do not message you again. We delete these once their retention period ends. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
We aim to complete deletion requests within about 45 days of verifying your identity, and usually much sooner.
A heads-up on subscriptions
Deleting your Fadehaus account does not cancel an App Store subscription. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it in your Apple App Store account settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions) so it does not keep renewing.
